Adding a property to the Landlord Agreement does not start service in the landlord's name. All properties on the Landlord Agreement will revert to the landlord's name when a tenant stops service. You can change these settings by logging in to My Account.
Begin entering the address you would like to add to the Landlord Agreement and then select it from the list. You may enter up to 15 properties in this form. Once you have completed this form, you can log in or enroll in My Account to add additional properties. If you are unable to locate an address, please call us at 1-800-255-4268.
For easy management, these properties will be grouped into one or more account numbers based on location and/or billing date. You'll still see individual usage and billing details for each property.
