Your paperless billing "bill ready"email will go to the email listed in the Notifications Preference under Billing. If you still aren't receiving the email, check your spam filter, and make sure it is not blocking email from Alliant Energy. Make sure your inbox is not full. Verify that the email address you provided is correct. Add noreply@sew.alliantenergy.com to your safe email address list. It's important to note, that you are responsible for paying your bill each month, even if you don't receive an email notification.
